KB533343You may encounter various problems with Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 (VMM 2008) or System Center 2012 Virtual Machine Manager (VMM 2012) that are related to authentication and authorization if the required service principal names (SPNs) are missing or incorrect. This issue can occur if the missing or incorrect SPNs cause delegation to fail. For information on how to check for duplicate SPNs and to create missing SPNs if necessary, please see the following:

  • i faced some problems with Virtual Machine Manager.you have provided great information and it is really helpful to me..Thank you..

  • I belive that it's incomplete. Really we have inconvenience to connect from SCVMM 2012 SP1 RU 4 to console. I have review the SPN's . In some host i can connect and in otrher i can not do it. Afterthat i belive that the kb referenced is incomplete. The sintaxis for spn is : setspn - s SPN accountname. In the kb you do not talk about account.
