Can you upgrade from CTP2 on VMM to this version?
VMware already supports Server 2012 as a guest in production. Meanwhile, we wait until 2013. Good goin Microsoft.
Can the BETA be upgraded to release? I know the CTP could not.
SP1 beta for VMM needs Windows Server 2012. Will be like that also with the RTM? We will be forced to upgrade VMM server to 2012?
Is the scvmm developement team really serious about simply removing the self-service portal from SCVMM 2012 SP1? We use it extensivly and with a very positive echo in our development teams (currently under SCVMM 2010 R2). We would like to move to Windows Server 2012, but cannot do so, as we lack the tools to manage our VMs running on it. Moving to SCVMM 2012 SP1 is not an option without a substitute for the user portal. Dislike!
When RTM will be avaiable I need it to production enviorment.
I'm having a problem moving a VM to a CSV LUN where the VM's VHD is larger than the space available on the C:\ root volume. The C:\ClusterStorage\Volume1 mount has about 2.8TB free, but the C:\ of the host server only has 180GB free. The VM is about 1TB itself, and VMM fails telling me there's only 185303 MB available for migration.
