What can we be doing better?

Aussie map May is a travel month for me & within the space of two weeks I'll be heading to Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane & various events around Sydney. I'll mostly be visiting SBSC & other partners as a way to get a better understanding of three key points:

  • What is Microsoft doing well to help you grow your SBS business that you want us to keep doing?

  • What can we be doing much better?

  • What, specifically, do you want/need from us in the lead-up to & beyond the SBS & EBS launch?

We're building out the SBS 2008 & EBS readiness & launch plans now & so know that your feedback is taken seriously & acted upon as much as we can. Whilst we can't always do as everyone would like, we are 99% channel focused company (excluding things like Xbox-live) & so if you're not successful, neither are we.

If you're interested, I'll be at the following events & would love to hear your thoughts (my shout for the beers). I also have a bit of space for more focused 1:1s in each city & so if you have a specific conversation in mind, let me know & we can schedule some time.

Unfortunately as I'll be in Melbourne on the 13th, I won't be able to make the Sydney SBS Group. My colleague Grace Kerrison will however, & given she heads up Microsoft Australia's whole mobility division, it could be an interesting night for those that go along.
