TechEd 2008 early-bird registration has opened.
As per my earlier post I'm happy to announce that we've secured a full SMB Pre-day! This will be filled to the brim with deep technical content around Small Business Server, Essential Business Server & the Microsoft solutions that run on this platform.
The Windows Essential Server Systems pre-day will be A$550, discounted to $220 for those who are also attending the full TechEd event. It will be open to both partners & customers & whilst the agenda is yet to be locked down, what we're currently thinking is at the bottom of this post. There'll also be a number of SMB focused sessions in the main event.
Presenters will be a mix of local partners & Microsoft head-office folk, hopefully people from the SBS & EBS dev teams. My aim is to deliver deep, deep content that will really help attendees understand the products & so over the next couple of months I'd love your continuing feedback around what you'd like to see. We will also have a mix of networking events (both before & after the sessions), ask-the-expert panels, SBS Community lounge & hopefully a very attractive, on-sellable giveaway that will help people cover the cost of coming along. More on this once confirmed.
Cheers, hope to see you there & let me know your thoughts,
Robbie

I'm totally confused. If we are referring to Australia teched, I can't find any reference to SBS on any agenda items or tracks.
Apologies - I should have pointed this out. The SMB day's official title is the Windows Essential Server Solutions day: http://www.microsoft.com.au/teched/pre_days.aspx
There'll also be content throughout the main event, but the SMB day will be the main focus.
