Open specific ports then I can allow my remote technicians in to grab their email from anywhere or hop on SharePoint to check things like if a discount is active. It's also a sample site to show customers on how SBS can work for them. &lt;p&gt;(1)	The computer may be off or sleeping&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(2)	The user account may not have remote desktop rights on the computer&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(3)	The computers firewall may not have gotten the policy to open the remote access ports on it&lt;/p&gt;

I have gone insane trying to find the info. NO luck, &lt;/P&gt;
