933738 An update is available that addresses an issue in which items that use the Date field and the Time field are off by one hour in Windows SharePoint Services

This new update is cumulative and includes the previous update (924881).
The data update tool functionality has been incorporated into stsadm command with the installation of this update.
This update requires Sharepoint SP 2.
