I work at Microsoft as a Premier Field Engineer on multiple Microsoft technologies.
As a Premier Field Engineer I am Transactional, which means that I don't have a dedicated customer, instead I cover any Indian ( or South East Asian ) customer, delivering proactive services, discovering configuration vulnerabilities, guiding, mentoring & assisting customers to follow Microsoft Best Practices, or helping customers on reactive situations ( long running incidents or critical situations affecting their business ) .
I love innovative technology simply because of the avenues & possibilities it opens up for an end-user of that very technology.
