Some years ago, I used to carry a paper notebook to wherever I would go. The notebook had internal separations, which I used for placing different categories of data:

  1. Personal Data;
  2. Equipments/Products Characteristics and ”Computers Commands”;
  3. To-do’s list;
  4. … and many other things…

Those data helped me to be very efficient on doing my work. Actually, they were and still are my “secret formula” for my accurate high volume of work. Of course, I had to dedicate time to organize it initially, and then, keep up with occasional updates. But the pay-off, always came fast and bold.

Over the years, I have migrated the data into equivalent data structures in my PC. Excel spreadsheets, One-Note docs, My Outlook, etc…

But, most recently, I changed it again, and I am storing my precious data in Cloud. While the actual search engines don’t give me the speed and result consistency I have with my bookmarks, I spend some time and energy organizing my bookmarks hierarchy for immediate and predictable results.

Well, all this words, just to say that. I would like to share some of the Computer Data stuff I used to carry with me. Once we are in the managing world, I decided to start posting here some of my Operations Manager’s Reference Tables.

Today, I am posting here a table with SCOM roles and respective quick remarks. I hope you enjoy it.
