&lt;p&gt;Not clear what you mean with these commands:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;SETSPN -S http/servername Domain\SSRS &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;SETSPN -S http/servername.domain.com Domain\SSRS&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;do i specify SSRS like listed or is that a place holder for something. &amp;nbsp;is servername just the name of the server as specified by a DNS or do i need more info like domain or such&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any other resources or things to try?&lt;/p&gt;
