Thanks for your posting and very good explanation, but I am still wondering if there is any way using cache if parameter values get changed we will not hit our underline data source.

I have my SQL server with reporting service on my DC (simple independant network in our lab). I cannot get the reporting services to work, specifically the report manager. I've done all the above (the best I can tell on how it relates to one machine). I get the classic prompted for login three times and then a complete blank page, when trying to run the report manager from the RSCM.

Not clear what you mean with these commands:

SETSPN -S http/servername Domain\SSRS

SETSPN -S http/servername.domain.com Domain\SSRS

do i specify SSRS like listed or is that a place holder for something. is servername just the name of the server as specified by a DNS or do i need more info like domain or such

Any other resources or things to try?

I tried to do this for the 2012 Performance Dashboard reports but could only get the main to work, it wouldn't run any of the sub reports.

Anyone got this working yet?

I am pointing to machine A to access the published report and in the ServerName field, I point to B and I got this error? What am I missing here?

An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)

Cannot create a connection to data source 'DataSource1'. (rsErrorOpeningConnection)

For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors
