An update for RMS has been released.

Please read this article, and make sure you have automatic updates enabled. Also read through the article to find which OSs can be updated via Windows Update, and which OSs you need to install this manually on.

I HIGHLY recommend installing this update. It addresses a bunch of issues, including the recent manifest expiration issues.
