By any chance did you have Exchange 2010 SP2 RTM, or RU1 or RU2 installed prior to this?

If so then you will want to look at the cross site RPC Client access restriction. Some details in this post

blogs.technet.com/.../outlook-amp-restricting-dag-cross-site-connections.aspx

Can you confirm what you are set to please?

Cheers,

Since updating our environment to SP2 RU6 this past weekend we have had some serious issues with outlook anywhere. Basically we have 2 sites, each with its own client access array (1 in US, 1 in Europe). After installing the rollup, our European users are no longer able to connect to outlook anywhere. US users can still connect just fine. The issue appears to be with Exchange not handling the RPC forward to the users mailbox in Dublin.

That's not surprising as Exchange 2010 does not support that version of Outlook

technet.microsoft.com/.../ff728623(v=exchg.141).aspx

And Outlook 2002 has left extended support so there is no standard support left on that product.

support.microsoft.com/.../default.aspx

You will need to update to at least Outlook 2003 or use OWA only.

Cheers,

Rhoderick
