"Why doesn't TechNet Plus subscription include a license to use Virtual Server 2005?"

I was waiting for someone to ask me this specific question as I am preparing to head out on the road for the TechNet Innovations tour across  Canada.  I mean - I use it for all the TechNet events and I talk about it a lot wherever I go.   How come this isn't available to TechNet Plus subscribers?

Well - now it is… This just in folks. I have just received this on good sources from the Product Manger at Corporate that a full fledged Non Time Bombed version of Virtual Server 2005 Standard (what I use) will be in your November shipments for TechNet Plus subscribers!

I also have it on good authority from "The TechNet Guy" A.K.A Mike Kim (who works in the TechNet Product group) that this is official and not a hoax. Don't believe me? You can see his post announcing it here...

I bet you can hardly wait for the postman to delivery your November fulfillment. I don't blame you - Virtual Server 2005 ROCKS!

Another example that the TechNet team is listening to you and your requests. How do you connect up with them? Leave comments to any of my blog posts and I pass the information back to them internally… Or... Attend an event and leave us written comments on the evaluation forms (after you have given us 9's :) - come on, work with me…)  In all seriousness, we take every comment and suggestion to heart and I ensure that it gets to the right people.
