Another video has been posted to the Microsoft download center as an Introduction to Microsoft Operations Framework Fundamentals.  This video will help explain the basic MOF makeup in terms of the core models (process, team, and risk management) as well as the basic terminology.

If you are familiar with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and wondering what MOF is all about, this is a good video for you.  If you are like me, you have enough to read already.  This is a much easier way to get up to speed and determine where it would be best to explore further.  It’s about 70mb in size, so it will take a few minutes to download, but worth it if you are new into service management or MOF itself.

For links to core MOF content, see the sidebar of this blog.  I have placed links to all the key areas.
