If you look to see what's officially supported, there is only a single Ricoh device.

nice guidance. But how to setup the complete process? What have I to enter in "Scan Servers"?!

Unfortunately Microsoft didn't tell anything detailed!

If you want to scan documents from your multifunctional/ copier into SharePoint or mail them via Exchange, there is a solution (www.udocx.com) that authenticates users against Exchange (Office 365 or on-premise) and sends the documents as this user. The message comes from the authenticated user mailbox and the message is stored in his sent items. Because the scanned document are OCR-ed they can be used (found by search or copy/paste content) or integrated into workflows.

Cheers,

Constanze

Thanks

Paul
