Authored Reports visible to all users

Hi,

Following TechNet article

you can get impression that Authored reports will be visible to all users by default.

Unfortunately, that is not a true.

If you want to make them visible to all users, you need to take additional actions.

  • Open the address to the Report share in a web browser (exp. https://reportserver/reports )
  • Create a New folder
  • Move reports from "My Reports" to New folder
  • New folder and reports should be visible now for all users
