I'm the manager of the PerformancePoint Server IT Pro writing team, and I've been involved with PerformancePoint since 2003, back when it was known as 'Biz#.'

The Office Server IT Pro organization publishes to TechNet, and we believe in a continuous publishing model. That means we listen to the top customer issues and respond to them as quickly as possible through prescriptive content.

My job as the manager of the team is to make sure the writers have avenues of communication with PerformancePoint customers, and this team blog is one of those avenues.

Here, we hope to give you previews of our content prior to TechNet publication as well as other informative items from the product group or from the field. In all cases we welcome -- in fact we would truly enjoy -- your feedback.
