New KB: The Alert Priority field in System Center Operations Manager 2007 connectors has different wording than in the Operations Manager console

KBHere’s a new System Center Operations Manager 2007 Knowledge Base article we published today. This one is just a short note on how the Alert Priority field in a System Center Operations Manager 2007 connector may have a different wording than in the Operations Manager console:

=====

Summary

When an alert is forwarded via System Center Operations Manager connectors, the alert priorities are Low, Normal, and High, whereas the Operations Manager Console and Web Console display the priorities as Low, Medium and High.

More Information

This happens because the SDK for System Center Operations Manager 2007 internally uses the words Low, Normal, and High for alert priority.
