I usually handle such errors Whose name I have never even heard. Once when I got stuck and found no way for Exchange recovery, I used Stellar Phoenix Exchange Server Recovery tool that was a good third party tool.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i just tried it on XP x64, for some reason I didn&amp;#39;t have &amp;quot;Communicator&amp;quot; under ...\Policies\Microsoft\&lt;/p&gt;
