Accidently canceled update and I can't find a way to install now. any help?

To retry a failed or cancelled update, follow the steps in the post above for checking for updates on Windows Update – the cancelled update should be re-offered, and you can simply re-start the update.

If the update is not re-offered, you can Refresh your device to factory settings. This will reset your device back into a state with the Office RT Preview version installed. From there, you can then re-attempt the update.

To reset the device:

1. Press the Start button.

2. Swipe in from the right edge to bring up the Charms menu.

3. Click Settings > Change PC settings

4. Click the General menu option.

5. Click on the 'Refresh your PC' button and follow the prompts.
