We value your feedback. One of the many benefits of this blog is an ability for us to listen to you, and to help where we can on issues or questions that can improve your experience with our products. Here are some tips to improve the likelihood of your comment surviving the moderation queue.
1. Stay on topic. The purpose of this blog is to discuss updates provided for Office and SharePoint products, along with associated technologies, policies and issues. Comments directed toward Microsoft, other product groups, etc., are less likely to be reviewed.
2. This is not a technical support forum, we do not post all comments, and we are not a substitute for http://support.microsoft.com. We try to provide as much help as we can, we are sensible in moderating comments (we are respectful of complaints and do our best to resolve them.) If you have a support emergency, a deployment blocking issue or something similar, it is best to use the appropriate support channel.
3. Understand that we're on the same side. We want a great Office experience, just like you do. It's why we take the time to write the posts and respond to your feedback - it helps us a great deal. But comments that are rude or offensive are not likely to survive moderation. While we realize technical issues can be a source of frustration - it's best to hold the side of nasty... it doesn't help anyone get to the solution any faster.
For all this, please keep the feedback coming. We appreciate the time you take in reading our blog and providing comments and questions, and we will do our best to answer them.
