The April 2013 Public Update release for Office is now live and the updates are available from downloads. This month release contains 19 non-security updates and 8 security updates.
The breakdown of non-security updates are as follows:

Microsoft Security Bulletin MS13-035
Updates to improve internationalization, stability and performance for Microsoft Office 2013
Updates to improve the proofing tools for Microsoft Office 2010
Updates to improve logos, stability and performance for Microsoft Visio 2013
Updates to improve the stability and performance for Microsoft Word 2013
Updates to improve the encoding for Microsoft Outlook 2013. Please note that both patches need to be applied to get the full fix
Updates to improve the webpart functionality for WAC 2013
Updates to improve stability and performance for SharePoint 2013
Note that that the pre-requisite for these updates is to have already installed the Description of the Project Server 2013 update: March 12, 2013. When you install from the Microsoft Download Center, the following smaller packages are also available: Description of the SharePoint Foundation 2013 update: March 12, 2013 and Description of the SharePoint Server 2013 update: March 12, 2013

As of today, customers can download the beta for Office 2010 and SharePoint 2010 SP2. In addition to updates for the desktop and server apps, this beta also includes full-product SKUs of SharePoint and related server products, updated to install on Windows Server 2012.
