It has been reported to us that in certain situations some controls related to MS12-060 may not initiate correctly. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. We will be releasing a fix to the Microsoft Download Center when the update has been tested and is ready for installation. If you are interested in putting the replacement patch into your Windows Servers Update Services (WSUS) you can reference this blog as a good starting point.
In the mean time you can use the workarounds mentioned in KB2720573. These workarounds will allow the controls to initiate correctly.
