If you haven't yet done so, consider installing Service Pack 1, which is free and contains a number of updates and fixes.
The cumulative updates do in fact include previous hotfixes. From the December CU KB article (2479673):

"Because the builds are cumulative, each new fix release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous update package. We recommend that you consider applying the most recent fix release that contains the hotfix that you need."

As far as the SP1 release is concerned, stay tuned.

They don't replace any previous hotfixes. Yet there are previous hotixes. For example KB2459115 is the December 2010 update but there was also KB2281463 and KB2405793.

Is there any tentative date for SP1 while at it?

Thanks
