ho un problema con microsoft office professional plus 2012 per windows vista con sistema operativo a 32 bit il codice di errore che appare è 0*8007232B ed ho perso anche il codice.Mi potete dire come risolvere il problema.Vi ringrazio per la cortese attenzione

If you don't need Access and Publisher, you might consider purchasing the Home and Business edition. For comparison, see office.microsoft.com/.../office-2010-which-suite-is-right-for-you-FX101825640.aspx. Also, check prices from third-party sellers. E.g., www.amazon.com/.../ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_3

Thank you for taking the time to contact me. I do appreciate your effort. I spoke with MS and since the technician left nothing here with me with a product key on it, they want me to purchase another Software package. I of course cannot afford to do that again so up sh.... creek now.

18 days and counting.

Have a Blessed Day....I hope to find a solution somewhere.

Hi Jan,

Sorry you're having difficulty with your Office 2010 activation. I suspect you have a Retail edition of Office Pro Plus 2010. A MAK key will not work with that edition - only with a volume licensed edition. After the reformat, etc., and Office 2010 was installed, you should have received a retail product key from the repair person. You either need to go back to them and get a key, or call Microsoft Support at 1-800-642-7676 M-F 5am-9pm PT, Sat-Sun 6am-3pm PT for further help in getting a retail product key.

Once you get the key, go into any Office application and click the "File" tab, then click Help. In the right-hand portion of the window you'll see instructions on how to enter the key and activate Office.

Hello...Please help me. I had a major virus in Feb. I hired a Computer Repair person and they reformatted my system, installed windows 7 and upgraded my Microsoft office to Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus. I think I am saying that right. Since last week every time I go into a program to work, there is a count down saying the software is not activated. It is now saying 19 days.

I tried to reach the repair person but they are out of business...Just Perfect.

I use this computer for my home business. I am freaking out. I emailed someone today that I happen to find on craigslist. Very kindly he had referred me to this page and I am not computer savvy but followed what you have above and the MAK product key above still gives me an error.

What do I do now...Thank you in advance.

Hi Rahul,

Some questions:

Are you installing the volume licensed edition of Office 2010?

Is it the 32-bit or 64-bit version? (Of course, the 64-bit version can be installed only if your version of Windows 7 is also 64-bit.)

The ospp.vbs script

The Office Software Protection Platform script (ospp.vbs script) enables you to configure volume editions of Office 2010 client products. You must open a command prompt by using administrator permissions and navigate to the folder that contains the script. The script is located in the

%installdir%\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14 folder. If you are running 32-bit Office 2010 on a 64-bit operating system, the script is located in the %installdir%\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14 folder.

i've installed office professional plus 2010.when i write your above mentioned syntax in cmd for KMS activation the following message reappears:

Input error: no such file as C:\ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office14\ospp.vbs

plz help me out. i've windows 7 ultimate
