A hotfix for the Office Migration Planning Manager (OMPM) is available for download here. This hotfix fixes the following issues with OMPM:

ODBC error message when viewing OMPM reports on a computer running the Japanese version of Windows Server 2003.
Timestamps for Date Accessed on files while scanning a folder with OMPM File Scanner.
0x80070001 error message received when the OMPM File Scanner scans the content of a mapped network folder.
