We always advise users of Office Language Interface packs to download and install the Windows Language Interface packs before installing the Office Language Interface Pack.

 The Office LIPs allow you to change your User Interface to the languages above in the following Office 2010 applications: Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. They also allow you to use the speller in these languages.
