Dressing for Business of Yahoo today should be followed as a dress code for the employees.

Working for Profit in Business should be practiced by all employees (and so be part of the new hire orientation that the company is for profit not just collect a paycheck). In business, there should be a basic pay and benefit that is lower than the competition and be part of the forecast and budget. The bonus plan should be designed at different levels of achievements (several financial rewards and status like driving a MBZ SL for the Employee of the Month or a weekend for the family at a Diamond rated resort).

Today's executives have fleeched corporate America (e.g. AIG to name many companies). These employees have taken the primary position on profits away from the stockholders and they were getting away with it.

Another problem that will soon happen is that employees will have a business within their employer's business. This is not uncommon in third world countries where employees create income from the employer business.

Business Modeling should be reviewed and followed by outside independent Business Consultants to keep everybody honest and to protect the investors.

I think, most likely, by combining technology (such as mapping), as well as medical efforts (vaccine creation), and preventative measures on the part of the public (health-consciousness and use of flu masks), we may be able to cut down this pandemic in its tracks. Unfortunately, though, that may take some time.
