R2?  If you haven't heard of it yet, you will soon.  R2 its a new interim release of Windows Server 2003, shipping around the end of this year - called Windows Server 2003 R2, based on top of Server 2003 SP1 - basically it comes on a 2nd CD (much like the CD1 & CD2 distributions of XP Tablet PC and XP Media Centre) and will install some new key features on top of Server 2003.  Best of all available at no charge under SA.  The FAQs at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/R2/R2FAQ.mspx
