Steve: you should pay attention to the traffic while driving, not the Lync troubleshooting videocast, otherwise you will cause lethal accident.

I love these. Keep them coming! Can you go more info detail about what we should be tracing? Normally I just use SIP Stack, but you used S4 and others.
