Back in November 2011 I authored a post titled Hotel rooms of the future that was inspired by a Departures magazine piece featuring the work of Adam Tihany.
Over a year on and I’m back at the same topic inspired by a post on PSFK about a prototype hotel that has touch sensitive tablet walls. Spain’s Serrano Brothers prototype “ITH Room Xperience” has multitouch transparent walls that can be controlled by a smartphone or Surface as well as ‘interactive floors and mirrors, and a fingerprint payment system’.
The walls caught my eye as they were ‘running’ Windows 8 and I’m getting close to installing a wall based version myself using some tech from Ubi Interactive. More on that at a later date…
So what's the time frame for the release of Windows Bed?
I've heard of Ubi Interactive before. They are good hardware engineers.
apple can't even innovate like Microsoft. Apple is just getting sour.
Gosh, this is horrible. It's like a bad sci-fi movie.
