Incidentally, browstat doesn't appear to run on Windows 2008 R2/Windows 7 any longer -- I get the below error message. Any suggestions for a workaround?

I found that after enabling/starting the Computer Browser service on my Win2008R2 PDC Emulator, it did not properly work until I rebooted the server.

Different subnets were displaying wildly different browse lists even after giving ample time for announcements to sync. A reboot of my PDC emulator cleared that right up.
