It has been a light week for new content this time around; I have just one new article to report:
2523382 Performance counter 'Redirector-Current Commands' always shows a value of '0'
I have two new articles to share with you this week:
2506718 A device may be displayed as the default icon on the network map when the network has more than 10 hosts
2512089 Offline File Synchronization – In Windows 7 the "Work Offline/Work Online" option button disappears from Windows Explorer after an offline / online transition and the Client Side Cache remains offline until the next restart of the computer
I recently read a post by Joseph Davies over at the WSiX Network Connection blog about a resource on TechNet I hadn’t seen before that many of our readers may be interested in. The Windows Server Information eXperience guys have been hard at work updating the Networking and Access Technologies page on TechNet. This is a great starting place for finding up-to-date content on these technologies in Windows Server.
Each technology page is a one-stop shop for Microsoft content on that technology. As an example, the DirectAccess page (here) contains links to overviews, content on using DirectAccess in combination with Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG), Test Lab Guides, Design, Deployment, and Troubleshooting Guides, and more.
Make sure to save the below link to your favorites – you will be glad you did!
