We have received a number of reports about the Office 365 Overview for the IT Pro video within the Office 365 Platform course. The reports indicated that the video would often not play correctly, if at all. We passed these reports onto the TechNet Edge team, who investigated the issue.
As a result of this investigation the video was modified and reloaded onto the site. We believe this update will address the issues being experienced. We hope these issues did not cause to much inconvenience in taking the Office 365 course.
As you use the Academy. if you do experience issues with videos within the courses, please let us know through the Tell The Dean address. Also to help us we request that you include the following information in you report to us:-
