Greetings, after a very difficult and painful transition for a client of mine to Office 365 I would like to make a very needed suggestion. I see that the recent news about O365 is that there will be more flexible options which is much needed, however I
have found that Microsoft should address the issue concerning Users and Emails. From what I see in order to have each user have a separate email box they must have a separate subscription. An example is a organization has 5 depts. Owner, Sales, Admin, Support,
and Info. For each of these to have a separate email for its own use they must add each dept as a separate subscribe and filter out access modules such as Outlook, Excel, and others. The other companies such as Google, Homestead, and others offer 5 mailboxes
for free in the DOMAIN sign ups. So a business using O365 for email must sign up each user to Exchange at about $4.00 per user. This is not acceptable for a small business on a tight budget. In order to make this more attractive why not have an Exchange package
for SMBs which matches the DOMAIN users. A one price bulk for the initial sign up. Here is what I am suggesting:
1. Office 365 with Office 2013 Pro 1 main user other share same user log in.
2. 5 email boxes for the company use at 1 price
3. They ability to access each email separately on other devices such as IPAD, IPHONE without extra charges.
4.One Drive and Sharepoint also included under to 1 user and shared to the others.
5. As the company grows, of course additional charges for the expanding usage such as another subscription for Office 2013 if needed.
As a Microsoft Partner I see how flexible solutions such as this can be an excellent selling tool to the client and in turn allow Microsoft to have its products used to the fullest by its customers.
