Sometimes you have to look at something a little differently to see new information. In this post, we look to new ways to better illustrate the facts, the risks, and how to take action against the hidden danger of pirated software. For example, the inability to download security updates—leaving your data and devices vulnerable to attack—is only the “tip of the iceberg,” and the perceived money saved by acquiring pirated software can actually result in significant money loss.
As a consumer and a business decision maker, I am always keeping my eyes open for new ways to raise awareness around how producers and sellers of illegal software are taking advantage of users. I encourage you to take a look at this infographic and share it with your friends, family, and colleagues to equip them with the knowledge they need to combat the illegal sale and use of pirated software.
Please join the software industry in our campaign against software piracy.

Mr. Han: I've known this for decades, but I had no earthly idea of the scale of the issue. Thanx, again!
