The start of a new year is a great time to start a new project, and the Microsoft U.S. partner team is pleased to kick off 2010 with a blog intended to serve the needs of Microsoft partners across the U.S.

In 2009, you helped us bring new products to market (Windows 7, Windows Server R2, Exchange Server, among others); we announced at our annual Worldwide Partner Conference that the Microsoft Partner Program would evolve into the Microsoft Partner Network by the end of 2010, and offered a new look for the partner portal to kick it off; we extended our cloud services offerings with Windows Azure and brought you betas for Office 2010, SharePoint 2010, System Center Service Manager 2010, and other products; we moved your Action Pack and Certified/Gold Certified software benefits to a digital model…

It can be dizzying sometimes to navigate the myriad things that make up your relationship with Microsoft as a partner. That’s where the Microsoft U.S. partner team can help. In this blog, various members of the team will answer common partner questions, give our opinions on some of the best resources we offer, tell you what’s new about your Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) membership. Our New Year’s resolution for 2010 is to help make your experience as a Microsoft partner better.

So what’s on your mind? Leave us a comment here, direct a tweet @msuspartner, or send us an e-mail at partnerQ@microsoft.com. We look forward to hearing from you!

Cheers,

Diane Golshan, Sr. Marketing Manager, U.S. Partner Programs Team
