SUMMARY:

This event is aimed at Lync IT Operations Staff looking for the latest information on Lync 2013. The day will consist of five presentations and demonstrations that will focus on operational issues. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions of our Premier Field Engineering and Consulting teams.

The presenters are Microsoft Premier Field Engineers and Consultants who are Lync 2013 subject matter experts. They have worked on Lync 2013 with customers during the Technology Adoption Programme (TAP) and have also presented Lync 2013 Ignite events.

During the break periods there will be the opportunity for attendees to ask the presenters and other members of the Unified Communications Premier Field Engineering team questions about Lync 2013 and there will also be an Ask The Experts Q&A session at the end where customers will be able to ask any questions they have. In addition, hands-on labs will be set up in the lobby to provide a first-look at some of the changes in Lync 2013.

This Operations Day is aimed at Lync Engineers and Administrators who are responsible for supporting Lync 2013 and want to learn best practice information from Microsoft. It is also aimed at Premier customers who are looking to move their Lync 2010 environment to Lync 2013 in the future.
