Session 2: How CSS resolve performance issues
This technical talk will provide a better understanding on how CSS try and narrow down performance issues. We will provide information in regards to different questions requested by Support as well as demonstrate how to pin point issues by analysing different symptoms on the server. This will help in narrowing the scope of the problem and concentrate on identifying the root-cause.

Session 3: Queries & Query plans
This technical talk will provide a better understanding on how to read the execution plans and how changes to the query and other aspects of SQL Server would cause a different plan generation. We strive to provide a better understanding of how SQL Server query optimizer generates plans, how to make it easier to troubleshoot queryperformance issue caused due to sub-optimal plan, and leverage query tuning methods to resolve performance issues.
