in response to feedback from Premier support customers we're now delivering selected workshops virtually, meaning that you can participate in the online workshop from wherever suits you, whilst still having the expertise of the instructor - an experieced Premier Field Engineer on hand to provide the valuable knowledge transfer and answer your specific questions. Not only does this save on travel and expenses at a time when everyone is reviewing such expenditure, but you can access the online labs anytime over the course of the workshop and for at least 48 hours after, meaning that you can revist the hands on labs and tutorials at your leisure.

This Workshop will enable you to minimise performance issues and reduce the mean time to resolution (MTTR) by using the top-20 performance counters to accurately and quickly identify and resolve issues. The content used in this delivery is the highly acclaimed Workshop Plus content that is used in instructor led deliveries but has been repackaged for remote delivery.
