    in general an interesting presentation, but theres a link to the extranet portal of Telford & Wrekin where external users are not able to login. I think thats fine - but in that way I can not see the solution used for Telford & Wrekin

    This presentation was part of a set of presentations at a customer event, where Kirsty gave a demonstration, of how Telford and Wrekin Council had engaged Microsoft Premier support to build a SharePoint based actionable, IT Service Catalogue.

    Unfortunately, since the demo was within a real catalogue in a real environment, we cannot expose those pages.

    In terms of the solution, it is based on templates that Premier Support use when delivering Service Catalogue  engagements, and more detail can be found here:
