It’s been a great 12 years! But there’s just 50 weeks until Windows Server 2003 Extended Support ends.

End Date: July 14, 2015.

What does that mean for Windows Server 2003? Check out our every-challenge-is-an-opportunity datasheet!

If you’re thinking of migration but haven’t got it underway yet, think about targeting Windows Server 2012 R2. It’ll give you the longest support horizon available, the most modern application and management stack available, and minimize the need to shift again in another 4-6 years.

The Migration Planning Assistant has some helpful meta-resources and partners to get your migration planning underway (one such partner is Microsoft Services), targeting migration to Azure, on-premises VMs, or physical hardware.
