  • what about the non-english version of SSO localization error and the unability to configure application ?

  • Where can we download the new version, and what is the version number? Its not showing up as an upgrade in my sign in client.

  • What version of the sign in utility are you using in this video?

The version that I can download is 1.0.1418.80 from November 2009 and that one does not allow one to configure Outlook 2011, so is there a newer version that I can download?

  • This video seems to describe in great detail something that does not exist, i.e., a sign-in application that supports Outlook 2011 for Mac. Mine doesn't, and I haven't found one that does yet.

  • Hmm - this isn't working at *all* for me. It configures the account with the SAM (RED001\username_domain.com) which doesn't work at all. I try with username@domain.com and it works for the initial logon, then starts prompting me with a "Logon failed" after 20min or so. Eventually it begins working again for a short period of time, then failing again... I see similar incidents on the forums, but no clear solution!

  • The download location for V2 of the Microsoft Online Services Sign-In client for Mac is different from the V1 version, and is not a required update.  Please visit the link below to download the new version:

  • Can you post how to escalate Mac related BPOS issues?  Every time I've used the support request system in BPOS it's clear the people responding don't have Mac experience.  Our Mac users are miserable.

  • Have the same issue like James, this integration between BPOS and Outlook11 does not work, already downloaded client sign in v2 and the same error. already spoke with 3 o 4 support engineers and nobody was able to fix it. it seems that MS does not care about this customers who doesn't use Windows, but remember, they use Office, something MS developed.

Any have a better advice or fix for this?

  • I have 2011 working with BPOS and have had for sometime under V1 of the sign-in program. What specific errors are you having ? Maybe I can help ?
