What do you get when you bring partners, customers and Microsoft folks together in an open forum? You get a BPOS Meetup. If you have attended a BPOS Meetup, then you know how great they are, and if you are outside of the Seattle area you can now bring the BPOS Meetup experience to your town. We want to extend BPOS Meetup opportunities to anyone and everywhere.
Set up your own Meetup and join others interested in Microsoft Online Services. Meetups are a great place to share, collaborate and converse with other like-minded individuals. When you decide to start your own Meetup you will need to make sure you do the following:
· Invite Attendees – Invite people to the Meetup. Invite everyone from BPOS pros to individuals that may have never used BPOS, but are excited to learn. E-mail us your Meetup information and we will put it on our Meetup page calendar.
· Location – Bring a Meetup to your neighborhood and pick your favorite spot to host. Meetups can be held anywhere including bars, restaurants, offices and even a member’s house.
· Agenda – What is on your agenda? What do you want to discuss? Are you having a speaker? Is it a roundtable discussion?
· Post Content – Take photos, video or record some audio. Whatever you do, make sure you capture it and we will post it online. View past Meetup photos and content.
Hosting a Meetup is exciting and opens doors to networking and learning. If you are interested in hosting a Meetup please contact us with the above information to our community mailbox at bposcom@microsoft.com.
Be sure to check out our Meetup page. Also, follow us on twitter and like us on Facebook.
Thank you to everyone who has attended and contributed to our last few BPOS Meetups and we are looking forward to more Meetups soon!
I would love to find out how to get a meet up in Colorado/Denver
Hi Christopher, I sent you an e-mail. Give me a response when you can.
