Please post the recording of this webinar online as soon as possible. We are in the process (this week) of signing up for exchange online and are interested in the archiving feature. Being in Europe, I will not be able to watch this webinar.

In particular, I am interested in migrating PST files into the archive, and the associated cost per imported GB (I read somewhere about an extra fee for importing data into the archive)

Is FOPE administrator (read-write) access really available for Exchange Online?  Microsoft technical support seems to beleive otherwise.

ok I just watched this presentation, I thought I would find answers as we signed up for archiving and we are still unable to configure it and use it but I was wrong. This is frustrating : FOPE and BPOS are two distinct services managed by two different teams apparently unable to communicate with each other. Have you ever heard of integration? I've been emailing support@messaging.microsoft.com but get no answer to my questions. BPOS support closes tickets within 2 days even when they dont find answers.

The process to even sign up for archiving is a huge pain. We wanted to sign up for your hosted blackberry enterprise server but who wants to send hard copies of contracts + the list of BB users in some excel spreadsheet + create tickets in MOAC.

We signed up for BPOS over Google because we were promised a fully integrated solution for our messaging needs. Please get your act together.
