MCP program has to save money.  With any type of huge program, the costs get looked at often and with a critical eye by many. For me it means to work with service and benefits. Now do it faster.  Do it quicker.  Do it better.  And - just to get that elephant out & be honest--- do it with less expense (or free).   Last year 11 exam certificates were introduced for download.  Now, we are looking at the entire MCP library of legacy exam certificates, Dynamics exam certificates and all of the Next Gen certificates available online.  There are exceptions such as Business Certs which are through Certiport fulfillment and the Masters (in which they get plaques - makes you want to get one!).

I am writing the positives of stopping the sending of physical welcome kits, wallet cards, or certificates for the MCP program.  I realized many of our current issues revolve around shipping and time to get the certificate.  Get them all online and the shipping issues are resolved.  Print at your convenience.  Possibly add, for a cost, a way for our vendor to print them and ship if still requested.  

So hit me - Hit me with anything you think is great with this and anything that you think is going to be an obstacle for you not to print these items on your own.   Good chance you may see your questions out on the MCP community site???

And - oh the purple eyes - I am still working on the virtual lapel pins / business cards (as seen in my If I Had Purple Eyes post).  Or maybe I can even incorporate a picture into the downloadable certificate.  Possibility galore.
