Still need MDT 2010 Update 1?

If you missed the announcement, MDT 2012 was released last week. At that point, the Download Center was updated so that the main MDT download is now MDT 2012. But we understand that some of you may still have a need to download MDT 2010 Update 1. The MDT Archive download center page, at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=2932, now has those files. Note that MDT 2010 Update 1 will only be supported until April 2013, and that previous versions are no longer supported.

 •
Any chance you have the installer for MDT 2008? We still need it because we can't upgrade to 2010 (too many customized scripts) and we seem to have lost the installer file. We may not need it for much longer as we have been moving to Windows 7/MDT 2010 for a while now but should our MDT 2008 dev server go down, we'll be in serious trouble.

 •
Nevermind! Found it! Just Google "MicrosoftDeploymentToolkit_x86.msi" or "MicrosoftDeploymentToolkit_x64.msi".

 •
Thanks for the link/files.

MDT2012 Update1 boot image does not seem to to work on guests running in VMWare ESXi 5.0, causing a HAL error.

 •
Thanks for this post, I needed 2010 to test updating to 2012 U1 in a VM.

 •
Did you take the MDT 2010 link down? Where can we go within Microsoft to still get the install?
