ALERT: Exchange 2010 SP1 RU4 Removed from Download Center

This is just to let you know that we strongly recommend that you read the latest information at the Exchange Team Blog here if you have installed Exchange 2010 SP1 RU4.

In short, there are scenarios where folders moved or copied from one location to another using Outlook may end up in the Recoverable Items Folder.  The recommendation from the Exchange Team is that you request the Interim Update if you have already installed this.
