Most of us, at some point in time, have experienced Windows Embedded in some shape or form, often without even knowing it.
Windows Embedded is in use in many devices and applications around us including digital signage, kiosks, rugged tablets and payment machines.
There are many benefits to using Windows Embedded. These include the dialog filter which prevents system and application pop ups, and the app launcher which can restrict what users have access to when the device or system is in use.
