When you’re working hard day in and day out, it’s easy to think that your hard work is going unnoticed. Well fortunately for you here at Microsoft we are giving you the opportunity to showcase your talents and hard work to the whole world!

At this year’s Worldwide Partner Conference (in Houston) we will be showcasing partner’s talents from all around the world via our annual WPC Awards. Now, you don’t have to be going to WPC to enter the Awards, but if you win or become a finalist, you will have the opportunity to get additional recognition at the event.

Why should I submit an Award?

Submitting an award is a great way to get recognition for the hard work your business has done over the past year. Winners will have a host of opportunities open to them, from lunch with execs to joint marketing opportunities with Microsoft. Winning an award offers you the platform to meet some of the most influential and pioneering people within Microsoft as well as provide you with the perfect opportunity to showcase your talents to the industry as well as marketing to potential customers.

Surely there is no chance that little old me will win?

Size really does not matter. Whether you are a one man band or part of a 1000 person organisation, we want to hear all about how you have helped your customers using Microsoft technology. After all a good story is a good story! Take this as your opportunity to demonstrate the great ways you have solved a customers problem, created an innovative solution or provided expertise over the past year.

What Awards are there?

Whatever your talents; there is an award that best suits you. If competencies are your thing, there is an award for each Microsoft competency, as well cloud, public sector, dynamics and sales excellence awards. On top of these we are in search for our UK partner of the year. With this award we look to find the one partner from the UK that has grown their business, embraced new Microsoft technologies and delivered outstanding solutions for customers. Find a full list of awards here.

What Resources are available?

There is a whole host of resources to get you thinking about how best to write a winning entry from T&C’s to guidance from judges. Find a full list of resources here.

In addition you also have the opportunity to attend a free webinar which will talk you through the best ways to write an award winning entry. These sessions take place at 2.00pm on 14th, 21st and 28th of March (duration 1 hour). Register here
