But I've stupid question for all Service Level Dashboard Solution Accelerator: how to build different types of availability for different time (ie. its required to have 99.95% availability for Mon-Fri 7:30AM-6:00PM, and 99.00% for holidays (including Mon-Fri), and weekends and Mon-Fri 0:00-7:29 and 6PM-12AM). &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Its quite typical issue in non-world-wide-distributed-corporate-enviroment. :) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It could be mitigated by proper settings of monitors -- but monitors haven't time frames (like rules). &lt;/p&gt;
